One of the serious concerns with the advancing age is the thinning and fall of hairs. And most of us are sufferers of natural hair loss. We see people seeking solutions to hair loss from their doctors and on internet. There are many different approaches to treat and limit hair loss. Proper management is always beneficial.

Causes of natural hair loss

  • The commonest of the reasons is mismanaged life style of which the most important are the dietary habits, which includes consumption of coffee, alcohol, tea and smoking out of proportion.

  • First approach should be finding the root cause of hair loss. So if you are able to identify it, you can appropriately deal with it.
  • Use natural products for washing and conditioning hairs. If they are not available, you can use “amala, reetha and shikakai mixture” as shampoo.
  • Oiling and massaging the scalp is very useful in regrowth of lost hairs. Use of coconut oil and mustard oil is very beneficial.
  • Dietary fibers should be included in diet for proper bowel movements. Use of laxatives is also beneficial.
  • Vigorous rubbing of hairs after bathing increases the blood circulation.
  • Proper diet should be taken that includes proteins, green vegetables and vitamin B7 and vitamin A.
These remedies if taken properly will definitely help in limiting the natural hair loss. Doctors should be consulted if the problem of hair loss persists even after these remedies.
